InTouch Youth Development successfully hosted a Climate Justice, Food Security, and Air Quality Workshop on 16 October at the SAAYC Orange Farm Centre. The session brought together about 50 passionate youth who actively engaged in deep learning and discussions on environmental sustainability. Participants showcased remarkable insight and teamwork during group tasks, delivering profound and impactful presentations that reflected their growing commitment to climate action and community transformation.

On, 17 October, InTouch volunteers visited our farm in Vereeniging, where we transplanted tomatoes, beetroot, and spinach, prepared new planting beds, and irrigated the fields. The serene environment offered a moment of peace and deep connection with nature, reminding us of the beauty and purpose in nurturing the earth. We remain committed to striving for growth and sustaining food security within our communities.

Our Founder, Mr. Ronney Peter Kapaso, eloquently articulated the purpose of the Climate Justice and Air Quality Workshop, emphasizing the urgent need to educate and empower young people to take meaningful action in protecting the planet. He highlighted that climate justice is not just an environmental issue, but a human one, calling for unity, awareness, and sustainable practices that safeguard both communities and future generations.
Driven by purpose and fueled by passion, the InTouch A-Team stands as a powerful force transforming lives and communities. They embody excellence, innovation, and service inspiring hope, leading change, and redefining what it means to be young leaders with impact.
